Terms of Use

POSTA is operated by ESAART Studio as private email infrastructure for ESAART-owned products and managed client projects.

Access is limited to approved ESAART Studio operators, applications and client projects. POSTA is not available as an open public relay or self-serve bulk email platform.

Sending Rules

• Send only to recipients with a direct relationship to the relevant project.
• Do not send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content or unsolicited bulk email.
• Respect unsubscribe and suppression requests.
• Use accurate sender names, subjects and reply-to addresses.

Domains and Authentication

Production sending requires a domain managed or approved by ESAART Studio. Domains must complete SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication before use.

Enforcement

ESAART Studio may disable API keys, domains or projects that violate these terms, generate excessive bounces or complaints, or create risk for recipients and mailbox providers.
